What are the best running shoes?
I have fairly flat feet and have had two knee surgeries on my left knee. I am currently running in adidas megabounce, but want something built for running.
it really depends on what you like but these are the running brands:
-some nikes (some are just for show)
-acsis (my favorite)
-mizuno (made for being supportive)
those are the best
now what you should do is go to the local sneaker store or footlocker and ask them what is best for flat feet for they are the experts. try a bunch of pairs on too and see whatfeels the best
